Melious AI GmbH is a Saarbrücken-based platform serving open-weight models on European infrastructure, built as a layer over a published network of European inference partners rather than a data centre of its own. That structure is where its failover across hosts comes from, and it keeps processing inside the EU with a German company on the other side of the contract. The API speaks both the OpenAI and the Anthropic dialect, so existing clients point at it without a rewrite. There is no training on customer data, and zero data retention is available via Opper Enterprise. On Opper the route carries GLM-5.2, both DeepSeek V4 tiers, Gemma 4 31B, and Muse Glimmer. A fit when you want EU-resident processing for open weights and a German counterparty on the agreement.
