It supports a one million token context window and up to 128,000 output tokens on the standard Messages API. Adaptive thinking is enabled by default with five effort levels from low to max; the default is medium. It is designed for summaries, compaction, database queries, classification, live customer support, browser use, and narrowly scoped coding subagents. Standard token prices increase fivefold when the total prompt exceeds 100,000 tokens.
