Kling Lip Sync takes a video with a visible face and an audio track and returns the same video with the mouth moving to the new speech. It first detects the faces in the clip, then renders the chosen face in sync with the audio, which can start, stop and be placed at set times and mixed with the original sound. It suits dubbing, localisation and correcting dialogue after a shoot, where the picture is right and only the words change.
