Which patient had to be accepted in the hospital?Expected output
Melisa FarrowModel output
Melisa Farrow had to be admitted to the hospital. She was diagnosed with acute community-acquired pneumonia (left lower lobe) with pleuritic chest pain. Although her case initially seemed mild, she deteriorated overnight, presenting with a fever of 38.8°C, a pulse of 102 bpm, an oxygen saturation of 93%, and worsening symptoms. Because her condition was not suitable for home treatment, she was admitted to Danderyds Sjukhus (Internal Medicine Ward) on 2025-05-20 at 10:15 AM, where she received IV antibiotics (Cefotaxime), oral Doxycycline, IV fluids, supplemental oxygen, and supportive care. She improved over 48–72 hours and was discharged on 2025-05-23, fully recovering. (The other patient, Oscar Jansson, was diagnosed with mild persistent asthma and managed entirely on an outpatient basis without hospital admission.)
