Reflection is an AI lab in New York that builds open-weight models. Its first release, Beam 1.0, is a 501B mixture-of-experts model for coding, reasoning and long-horizon agentic work, published under Apache 2.0 in BF16, FP8 and NVFP4 together with a model card and a safety technical report. Reflection also builds Mirror, a coding agent on top of Beam, and serves Beam through its own API.
