Nex AGI is an innovation alliance initiated by the Shanghai Innovation Institute to build an open-source ecosystem around agentic models. Nex-N2-Pro is a Mixture-of-Experts model with 397 billion total parameters and 17 billion active per token, released under Apache 2.0 for coding, tool use and long-horizon agent work, alongside smaller Nex-N2 variants and speculative-decoding heads for other open models.
