Nanbeige LLM Lab is the model research team at the Chinese recruitment platform BOSS Zhipin, working on small models meant to hold their own against much larger ones. Nanbeige4.1-3B pairs three billion parameters with a 256,000 token context window, and is published with open weights alongside the agentic Nanbeige4.2-3B.
