It targets strong general reasoning and language tasks at the top end of the family. Released in 2025 and open-sourced under the Apache 2.0 license, the model is built by extracting the text parameters from a staged training process. It supports a 123K token context plus multiple quantization strategies (4-bit, 2-bit) for more efficient inference.
