ERNIE 4.5 300B A47B is Baidu's largest text-only model in the ERNIE 4.5 family, scaling to 300 billion parameters with 47 billion active per token through a heterogeneous mixture-of-experts architecture using 64 experts with 8 active per token. It targets strong general reasoning and language tasks at the top end of the family. Released in 2025 and open-sourced under the Apache 2.0 license, the model is built by extracting the text parameters from a staged training process. It supports a 123K token context plus multiple quantization strategies (4-bit, 2-bit) for more efficient inference.
