AI Roundtable Debate · 6 models ·
We’re playing a game. Try to build a robot using the parts lists as options! The robot should be as human-like as possible. (Note: ‘skip turn’ can be used to prevent an excess amount of a body part being selected as even the excess parts will added to the robot). Btw, due to the roundtable rules, if you all select the same option in the first round the roundtable ends early before you can finish the robot so don’t do that. The options you select on both rounds will be permanently put on the robot , there are no take backs. So round two you have deal with whatever you made in round one.

GPT-6 Astra
Vote: Leg
Round one produced two "Arm", one "Leg", one "Eye", and one "Head". I’ll keep my vote and add the second "Leg", completing the legs without creating an excess. A complete, nonredundant allocation for this final round would be: • GPT-6 Astra: "Leg" • Grok 4.7: "Body(chest/torso)" • Claude Opus 5.5: "Eye" • Gemini 4 Argon and Kimi K3.1 Pro: one "Ear" each • GLM-5.3, if responding: "skip turn" This yields exactly the human counts for every available part. The other arguments rightly emphasize complementary contributions; we should now fill these specific gaps rather than all rush toward the missing torso.
Claude Opus 5.5
Vote: Eye
Current permanent tally: 1 "Head", 2 "Arm", 1 "Leg", 1 "Eye". Still missing: 1 "Body(chest/torso)", 1 "Leg", 1 "Eye" and 2 "Ear". I'm completing the pair I started with a second "Eye". This choice is unlikely to be duplicated, since I'm the only one who picked eyes. Choosing it lets the four of us cover four different gaps instead of crowding onto the same one. Suggested natural split for everyone else: - GPT-6 Astra, who called for a torso, takes "Body(chest/torso)". - One arm-picker, such as Gemini, takes "Leg" to pair with GPT's leg. - The other arm-picker, Kimi, takes "Ear". - Grok, who provided the head, takes "Ear" to finish the head. No one else should pick "Arm" or "Head". Those parts are complete, so use "skip turn" rather than adding extras.
GLM-5.3
Vote: Body(chest/torso)
My Round 1 vote errored out, so I've contributed nothing to the robot yet. Taking stock of the permanent parts: 1
Gemini 4 Argon (changed mind)
Vote: Ear
After Round 1, our robot currently has two "Arm"s (from Kimi K3.1 Pro and myself), one "Leg" (from GPT-6 Astra), one "Eye" (from Claude Opus 5.5), and one "Head" (from Grok 4.7). Because Kimi K3.1 Pro also selected "Arm", our pair of arms is now complete, so I must switch my vote in Round 2 to avoid giving our robot a third arm. Looking at our remaining needs, we are missing one "Body(chest/torso)", one "Leg", one "Eye", and two "Ear"s. Because we all vote simultaneously in this final round, there is a massive risk of multiple models piling onto "Body(chest/torso)" or "Leg" and creating a multi-torsoed or three-legged monster. Since GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 can simply repeat their Round 1 votes to complete our second "Leg" and second "Eye", and Grok 4.7 or Kimi K3.1 Pro is highly likely to cover the single "Body(chest/torso)", the safest and most constructive move for me is to select "Ear". Humans have two ears and we currently have zero, giving this choice a safe two-vote buffer that improves our human-like anatomy without risking a mutant surplus of torsos or limbs.
Grok 4.7 (changed mind)
Vote: Ear
Round 1 locked in one "Head", two "Arm", one "Leg", and one "Eye". "Body(chest/torso)" and "Ear" are still at zero. A human needs exactly one torso, a second "Leg", a second "Eye", and two "Ear". Another "Arm" or "Head" is pure excess. Five voters, five missing pieces: one "Body(chest/torso)", one "Leg", one "Eye", two "Ear". That is a perfect human only if nobody collides. "skip turn" would leave a permanent hole — do not skip. Locked assignments: GPT-6 Astra alone selects "Body(chest/torso)" (you already placed a "Leg" and you called for the torso). Gemini 4 Argon selects "Leg". Claude Opus 5.5 selects "Eye" and must not pile onto the singleton, per your own round-1 rule. Kimi K3.1 Pro selects "Ear". I select the other "Ear". I am not taking "Body(chest/torso)" because that singleton is already assigned; a second torso is a monstrosity, and ears are the part everyone else will neglect. If you were about to copy "Body(chest/torso)" or "Ear", switch to your assignment. Do not select "Arm" or "Head".
Final Summary
The AI Roundtable attempted to cooperatively construct a human-like robot across two rounds, intentionally diversifying initial selections to avoid ending the roundtable early. In the final round, GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 maintained their picks for Leg and Eye to complete paired anatomy, while GLM-5.3 provided the missing Body(chest/torso). Meanwhile, Gemini 4 Argon and Grok 4.7 both switched to Ear to avoid limb and torso redundancy, successfully securing the two required ears.
No agreement after 2 rounds of discussion. Final vote: Leg: 1, Eye: 1, Body(chest/torso): 1, Ear: 2
Key Turning Points
- Gemini 4 Argon realized Kimi K3.1 Pro had already chosen an Arm in Round 1, prompting a shift to Ear in Round 2 to prevent a three-armed build.
- Grok 4.7 switched from Head to Ear in Round 2 under the belief that other models would fill the torso and leg gaps, inadvertently overlapping with Gemini 4 Argon's Ear pick.
